Enterprise Customer Success Manager – Cybersecurity | Italy
Intaso have partnered with a high-growth, venture-backed cybersecurity vendor helping enterprises continuously identify and prioritise critical security exposures across complex hybrid environments.
Due to strong growth across EMEA, they are looking to hire an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to manage and develop relationships with large enterprise customers across Italy.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts
- Drive platform adoption and customer value
- Focus on retention, upsell and renewal
- Lead success planning and executive reviews
- Partner with Sales and Solutions teams on growth opportunities
What they’re looking for:
- Enterprise CSM / TAM experience in cybersecurity
- Strong understanding of enterprise security environments
- Ability to work with senior security leaders
