About the Role

We are looking for an Enterprise Architect specialized in Artificial Intelligence to lead the definition, design, and implementation of our enterprise-wide AI strategy . In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Data Science Competence Center, the Data Analytics & AI Competence Center and our Enterprise Architecture teams to ensure that AI technologies are seamlessly integrated into our global architecture.

Your mission is to guide the organization in adopting scalable, secure, and high-performing AI frameworks —reducing costs, increasing value, and supporting our long-term corporate goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and design the enterprise AI architecture framework supporting AI solutions.
• Develop end-to-end AI frameworks and platforms, ensuring integration with global architecture, including data pipelines, APIs, and deployment frameworks.
• Define reference architectures for AI systems, guaranteeing scalability, security, and integration with other technologies.
• Support stakeholders in formulating algorithmic and data-driven approaches aligned with customer, engineering, and business needs.
• Guide AI platform selection (cloud, on-premise, hybrid) and ensure integration with existing enterprise systems.
• Participate in Enterprise Architecture reviews, offering technical oversight based on AI expertise.
• Evaluate new AI technologies, vendors, and tools together with internal AI stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the DevOps team to choose the best operational architecture.
• Monitor AI framework and platform performance, supporting development teams in resolving inefficient solutions.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships with Infrastructure, Data Science, and Data Analytics teams to ensure scalable and secure deployments.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of engineering experience with large data systems (SQL, Hadoop, Spark, etc.).
• 5–10 years of experience with programming or scripting languages such as Python, Scala, PySpark, or C#.
• 5–10 years of experience with tools such as Python, R, MATLAB, AMPL, SAS, Jupyter Notebook.
• 5–10 years of experience developing AI/ML pipelines and applying CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• 2–4 years of experience implementing HTTP REST APIs.
• 2–4 years of experience designing scalable AI solutions in Azure Cloud.
• 2 years of experience implementing and releasing GenAI solutions in production environments.
• 1 year of experience designing and testing Agentic AI solutions and frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of data engineering concepts and DataOps practices (e.g., Databricks).
• 5–10 years of experience in the insurance business, with transversal understanding of processes (nice to have)
