The Opportunity:

We are looking for experienced, innovative, and motivated IT Specialists to support the enablement of US AREUR-AF and their Mission Partners' mission objectives.
CACI offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed Enterprise Architect, Senior . This position supports a Department of Defense (DoD) organization, US AR EUR-AF, and their Mission Partner SETAF-AF located in Vicenza, Italy. The role requires travel OCONUS and is located OCONUS.
Responsibilities:
- Provide enterprise architecture and Command and Control (C2) support services for engineering designs, analysis, diagrams, development, implementation, integration, and transformation activities, including intelligence platforms.
- Develop and maintain DoDAF architecture products conforming to DoD and Army standards, including reference architectures and network diagrams, ensuring best practices.
- Develop, integrate, and maintain current architectures and views, including graphical documentation of architectures and topologies.
- Develop and maintain analyses, detailed designs, schematics, process flows, and testing requirements, including considerations for information assurance and disaster recovery.
- Assess emerging policies, technologies, and best practices for applicability to improve system efficiency, security, and resiliency.
- Participate in operational evaluations of advanced technologies and assess their impact on current systems.
- Create standards, processes, and tools to identify intelligence shortfalls and resource requirements.
- Ensure architectures are interoperable with NATO and multinational partners, compliant with JELC, and support Zero Trust initiatives.
- Manage and maintain operational and exercise architectures, providing on-site integration and troubleshooting.
- Analyze system requirements and support activities enabled by Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and UAF.
- Attend meetings on new technologies, technology insertion, and modernization.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of architecture artifacts/products in accordance with DoDAF, TOGAF, and industry best practices.
- Apply comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments, functioning as a technical expert, with potential supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Current adjudicated TS/SCI clearance with ability to maintain.
- BA/BS + 8-12 years of experience.
- Certifications such as FITSP-D, GDSA, CASP+, CCSP, Cloud+, CSSLP, GSEC, or equivalent, or applicable degree from an ABET-accredited/CAE-designated institution.
- Extensive experience in enterprise architecture, C2 systems, and standards, preferably DoD/Army standards.
- Mastery of architectural frameworks like DODAF and TOGAF.
- Proficiency in developing and maintaining complex architecture products, network diagrams, and system integrations, with deep knowledge of cybersecurity practices including RMF and Zero Trust.
- Experience with MBSE and UAF methodologies.
- Knowledge of NATO and multinational architectures, operational and exercise architectures, and JELC compliance.
- Ability to assess emerging technologies and develop standards for intelligence systems.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration across projects and teams.
- Potential supervisory experience.
- TESA eligibility.

- ITIL V4 certification.
- Understanding of DoD military standards and IT security requirements.

Pay Range:
The salary range is $103,400 - $217,100, influenced by factors such as location, experience, skills, education, and certifications. We offer comprehensive benefits including healthcare, wellness, retirement, family support, education, and time off.
