Enterprise Architect – Role Overview Are you passionate about shaping enterprise-wide architecture, driving IT transformation, and aligning technology with business strategy? We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to establish and evolve the architectural foundation across the organization. In this role, you will design and govern the enterprise architecture landscape, ensuring alignment with business priorities, scalability, and long-term value creation. This position combines strong strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, enabling the translation of complex IT landscapes into actionable transformation roadmaps while fostering alignment across business and IT stakeholders. Location: Italy – Remote. The position follows a hybrid work model when based at an FST Italy site; remote work may be considered for locations not in close proximity to an FST Italy site. Salary: The minimum gross annual salary for this position in Italy is €42,000. Compensation will be determined by the candidate's qualifications, experience, education, and overall alignment with the role's responsibilities. Responsibilities The role includes analyzing complex IT environments, defining architectural roadmaps, governing IT initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with security, performance, and scalability standards. Qualifications

Enterprise Architecture Expertise: Strong experience in Enterprise Architecture frameworks, governance models, and architecture best practices, with 3–5 years of relevant professional experience. Education & Certifications: Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; TOGAF or equivalent Enterprise Architecture certification is a strong plus. IT Landscape & Transformation: Proven ability to assess complex IT environments and define actionable transformation roadmaps. Security & Service Management: Solid understanding of IT security, compliance, and service lifecycle management principles. Tools & Modeling: Experience with architecture modeling and visualization tools (e.g., LeanIX or similar platforms). Execution & Delivery Mindset: Strong ownership, ability to translate strategy into execution, manage priorities, and drive results in complex environments. Stakeholder Management & Communication: Excellent communication, storytelling, and influencing skills, with a collaborative and structured working style.
