In this Senior Leader role, you guide and grow a team of Enterprise Architects to shape Celonis’ Enterprise AI journey. You will act as an executive sponsor, presenting to C-level clients and translating strategic goals into actionable technical plans. Your work supports the sales organization by removing technical blockers and aligning cross‑functional teams on architecture, data, and cloud strategy for large accounts. You will drive enterprise modernization and innovation, including emergent technologies like Agentic AI, while building reusable assets and thought leadership. This is a high‑impact opportunity to influence revenue growth and customer value at scale.

Responsabilità

• 20+ years of relevant experience
• Proven track record managing Enterprise Architects or technical teams
• Strategic vision to connect technical solutions with business value
• Excellent written and verbal communication, experience with C‑level engagement
• Deep EA expertise in Capability Mapping, Enterprise Modernization, and Agentic AI
• Strong data architecture, system integrations, data ops, and data‑related languages (SQL, Python)
• Ability to discuss high‑level strategy and hands‑on demos
• Strong cloud‑native and SaaS ecosystem knowledge (Salesforce, SAP, Dynamics CRM, ServiceNow)
• Education: MSc in Computer Science or equivalent IT field
• English fluency; additional languages advantageous
