What’s the Opportunity


We’re looking for an Engineering Team Leader who:

  • Helps build and scale LeadSpark, one of our core product offerings.
  • Leads a high-performing engineering team, fostering clarity, ownership, and growth.
  • Solves complex technical challenges, while ensuring system reliability and scalability.
  • Works closely with Product, AI, Cloud, and Engineering teams to define technical roadmaps that deliver business value.
  • Promotes an AI-native mindset - contribute to integrating AI tools and thinking into our software delivery lifecycle.
  • Embeds best practices from DevOps/CI-CD, automated testing, deployment pipelines, and infrastructure reliability.


What We’re Looking For


  • 4+ years of leadership experience in engineering teams (preferably in fast-paced, SaaS or cloud-based environments).
  • Deep expertise in PHP and Node.js, plus familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (Vue.js, React, Angular etc.).
  • Solid experience with both relational and non-relational databases.
  • Strong grasp of architecture patterns, code quality, scalable systems.
  • DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, infrastructure as code.
  • Passion for tech excellence and skill development: you enjoy mentoring, giving feedback, growing people.
  • Bonus if you’ve worked in AI-adjacent environments or led teams through technical transformations.
