Engineering Senior Specialist - Mechanical Component

As Engineering Senior Specialist - Mechanical Component, you will work on pumps in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. You will help redesign Flange‑to‑Flange BH pumps, introduce new hydraulics, and enhance existing centrifugal pump products.

Responsibilities

• Perform all activities for Flange‑to‑Flange centrifugal pumps development, including detailed design, calculations, and analysis.
• Develop ideas that become real products for new centrifugal pumps to enhance the current BH pumps portfolio.
• Execute fast prototyping, introduce new design tools, debug, test, and characterize the performance of concepts and products.
• Support market research to determine which products may succeed in adjacent markets.

Qualifications

• Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent demonstrable experience.
• Have extensive knowledge of centrifugal pumps.
• Have relevant knowledge of international standards and codes.
• Have strong computer skills and be familiar with Unigraphics NX, ANSYS, HYSYS.
• Be fluent in Italian and English.
