Space assets and services are not fully monetized. At Revolv Space, we are solving the problem of low duty cycles by developing and manufacturing the next generation of critical subsystems enabling continuous spacecraft operations and therefore full monetization of space assets.

We start with tackling the power limitations of small satellites by providing best-in-class products for small satellites:Solar Array Drive Assemblies , solar arrays and deployment mechanisms.

To achieve this mission, we are on the lookout for Engineering Project Manager who combines strong technical expertise with excellent program / contract / client management skills. This person will act as the main point of contact for new clients, translating technical requirements into actionable solutions, coordinating the engineering team, and ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

Starting month: August-September 2026

Working location: Turin, Italy

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and understand client technical and programmatic requirements, acting as a bridge between clients and the engineering team;
  • Coordinate and oversee the engineering team’s activities, ensuring solutions are delivered according to quality standards and deadlines;
  • Work closely with the Sales department to align client expectations and define feasible technical solutions;
  • Manage project planning, monitoring timelines, milestones, and required resources;
  • Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders, anticipating potential risks and proposing solutions;
  • Serve as the primary interface between the customer and internal Supply Chain & AIT, ensuring the flow of technical and programmatic requirements to streamline procurement, production planning, and testing campaigns;
  • Ensure technical deliverables meet quality standards and align with client requirements.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Electronics, or related fields);
  • 5-7yrs of experience as a System Engineer or in similar technical roles;
  • Previous experience in project management roles (preferably as a project manager) in the aerospace industry in the context of highly technical, long-duration (>1 year), high-value subsystem and equipment supply contracts;
  • Previous experience working in close contact with multidisciplinary technical / engineering project teams;
  • Ability to understand and translate complex technical requirements into actionable tasks for the team;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both clients and internal teams (preferably proven by previous experiences in a customer-facing or customer support role);
  • Fluent use of English.

Nice to have

  • Experience with highly complex technical bids / proposals preparation;
  • Experience in product management.
