Your key responsibilities

• Management and supervision of CAPEX investment projects relating to pharmaceutical production plants including clean rooms utilities and laboratories
• Planning budgeting execution and monitoring of projects in compliance with the timing budget and quality standards required by the pharmaceutical sector.
• Collaboration with the Corporate functions and internal Quality Production MS&T HSE and Purchasing departments for the definition of the technical and regulatory specifications of the activities for :
• Feasibility and drafting of the technical solutions to address users needDefinition of the budget to be proposed to the different stakeholders
• Act as project manager of the approved projects;
• Handover at the end of the works in accordance with company procedures.
• Supervision of the installation commissioning and start-up phases of the plants and infrastructures.
• Ensure compliance with regulations regarding safety environment and pharmaceutical quality.
• Participation in defining the investment strategy of the company in the medium to long term.
• Promotion of technological innovation and continuous improvement of productive assets.

Depending on the candidates experience she / he will be integrated into the organization accordingly

Your profile

• Engineering Degree (preferably Mechanical Chemical Industrial or similar).
• 4 to 10 years of experience in managing CAPEX projects in the pharmaceutical or life sciences field
• In-depth knowledge of GMP regulations and main regulatory standards (e.g. FDA EMA).
• Proven experience in managing complex projects in regulated environments.
• Excellent project management budgeting and supplier management skills.
• Leadership skills problem solving and working in cross-functional teams.
• Fluent knowledge of English spoken and written (B2).
