Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Project Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise engineering design activities related to critical systems or plant areas, such as underground networks, 3D CAD models, and complex package systems, in accordance with contract requirements and project objectives in terms of time, cost, and quality.
• Support the project by coordinating engineering design activities and ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
• Develop and implement effective project management plans, including resource allocation, schedule development, and risk assessment.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of project progress, including status reports, meeting minutes, and issue logs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering project management, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to delivery.
• Strong technical knowledge of engineering design principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
