ENGINEERING PROCESS IMPROVEMENT & SYSTEMS MANAGER

We are looking for an Engineering Process Improvement & Systems Manager who, leading a team of specialists and cross-functional teams, will be responsible for the proper implementation of engineering processes and the coordination of all optimization projects related to these processes. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in managing and optimizing engineering processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Management of Engineering Processes : Monitor the correct and effective application and implementation of Engineering processes within the Design area.
- Optimization of Engineering Processes : Analyze existing processes in the Design area and identify areas for improvement, coordinating the implementation of optimization projects and enhancing the quality of these processes, while encouraging their adoption within the function.
- Continuous Improvement Management : Lead and manage continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing processes and achieving operational excellence.
- Management of Engineering Procedures: Ensure the updating of Engineering procedures and guarantee their correct application through cross-functional coordination and monitoring.
- Improvement of Engineering Systems : Develop and manage, in collaboration with the IT department, solutions to improve Engineering systems in support of better performance and processes integration.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Management Engineering, or equivalent.
- At least 5–7 years of experience in similar roles within the industrial sector, preferably in machinery.
- In-depth knowledge of Engineering processes and systems (e.g., CAD, PLM).
- Technical expertise and proven experience in managing tools and techniques for process optimization and continuous improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, World Class Manufacturing, etc.).
- Project Management: Ability to manage complex end-to-end projects with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent knowledge of the English language.
