Overview

Engineering Performance & Continuous Improvement Internship – KPIs Development for Services Engineering Metiers Department using Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing engineering multilevel KPI framework.
• Construction of dashboards, test and development translating raw data into actionable insights. Documenting methodologies and training materials for end-users.
• Acquire practical experience in data analysis and business intelligence by designing and implementing KPI dashboards.
• Gaining a deep understanding of engineering performance metrics, organizational processes, and data-driven decision-making within a complex industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Master in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or similar); Computer Science; Data Science or Analytics; Information Systems; Business Intelligence or related technical disciplines.
• Proficiency in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service; Ability to create dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards; Experience with Power Query and DAX.
• Data Handling: understanding of data modeling and data integration; Experience with Excel and SQL.
• Optional: familiarity with Power Automate, Power Apps, or SharePoint; Basic programming knowledge. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and proactive; Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Understanding of KPI frameworks and business performance metrics.
