Job location: Torino area

Responsibilities

• Support the Technical Manager in all planning activities, RDA/RFQ definition starting from the technical inputs received by the Section, Engineering or other Technical Managers
• Manage comments, exceptions and technical clarification requests received by vendors in collaboration with technical stakeholders
• Support the process of PO creation
• Monitor the invoicing process
• Monitor actual costs vs budgets
• Assist the Section, Engineering or other Technical Managers for planning purposes
• Develop reports for Engineering Operations Leaders on specific topics
• Attend meetings and prepare minutes of meetings

Qualifications

• Master degree in Engineering (Management, Mechanical, etc.)
• Proficient in using industry-specific software and tools (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Project, Smartsheet); previous experience in SAP is preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in English, minimum B2 level
• Italian citizenship is required
