As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a cross-functional team, responsible for the delivery and technical quality of features and applications, as well as the team's personal development. You will define the technical roadmap, ensuring system compliance with standards for maintainability, reliability, scalability, and security. You will support the team to deliver on time, manage resources, remove blockers, and provide training and career development to foster continuous improvement.

About you :
- You have a strong software engineering background with Python and data-centric development.
- You are an experienced technical leader, capable of creating a culture of engineering excellence.
- You can conduct code reviews, provide coaching, and mentor others.
- You possess effective communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence and explain complex technical information.
- You are delivery-focused with experience managing technical projects.
- You have commercial acumen.
- You have fluent English skills; Italian is a plus but not necessary.
- You hold a degree in a technical or scientific discipline, preferably in Computer Science.
