Job Summary :

We seek an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Data Products & AI team. You will oversee the development of AI-driven solutions for network monitoring, forecasting, and fault prediction.

Reporting to the Data Solutions Manager, you will work with cross-functional teams to align AI initiatives with business strategies. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, deep technical expertise in machine learning, data engineering, product development, and a pragmatic approach to delivering high-impact, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage a team of engineers and data scientists in designing AI solutions for network monitoring, forecasting, and fault prediction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI projects with business goals.
  • Define goals, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring successful project execution.
  • Establish metrics to evaluate AI system performance and facilitate continuous improvement.
  • Align team objectives with KPIs and business priorities.
  • Allocate resources effectively to prioritize impactful features.
  • Mentor team members, fostering growth and skill development.
  • Partner with the Data Solutions Manager to integrate AI into the broader data strategy.
  • Stay updated on industry advancements and apply relevant innovations.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, experimentation, and learning.
  • Communicate technical concepts and project progress clearly to stakeholders.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience managing high-performing AI / data science teams.
  • Strong background in AI / ML development, including supervised / unsupervised learning, forecasting, and anomaly detection.
  • Experience delivering AI models into products.
  • Understanding of data engineering principles and modern data stacks.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • 5+ years in data engineering, data science, or machine learning roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, Spark, Databricks, MLFlow or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), MLOps, and DataOps practices.
