Engineering Coordinator

We are seeking a Civil Engineering Coordinator to oversee civil works, manage contractors, and ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence for this flagship critical infrastructure project.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate civil engineering scope for site preparation, structural works, and associated contractor packages.
• Oversee schedule, quality, and safety compliance across multiple civil contractors.
• Maintain accurate documentation (method statements, permits, QA/QC).
• Collaborate with design, MEP, and commissioning teams to ensure integrated delivery.
• Support risk management, change control, and reporting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience coordinating civil or infrastructure construction projects.
• Knowledge of construction sequencing, site safety, and local building regulations.
• Proficiency in English and Italian
• Familiarity with project planning tools.
• Must have legal right to work in the EU (citizenship or existing work authorization)
