We are looking for a talented and committed Fresh Graduate Engineer to play a Supervisor role in one of our plants located in Turin - Mirafiori.


Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Supervisor include but are not limited to the following:

  • the achievement of daily production program with the highest level of Safety, Quality, Costs and Environment;
  • driving continuous improvement activities and ensures the highest skills develop.


Reporting to the Shift Manager of the Production Unit he/she is in charge, he/she is responsible for managing a team of Team Leaders and Line Operators for the segment of the production line he/she is responsible for.


He/She is responsible for all indicators in his/her production area: Quality, Safety, Production, People, Costs;
he/she will monitor, analyze, and define efficiency strategies, including through deployment to his/her team leaders and through continuous improvement projects, in collaboration with supporting bodies (process managers, plant managers, etc.).


He/She works in the morning from 6.00 am to 2.00 pm or from 2.00 pm to 10.00 pm on alternate weeks, in accordance with the assigned production shift.


Qualifications, Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experiences:

  • Master degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or Management Engineering
  • 1/2 years of experience in the specific or similar roles in a manufacturing plant is a plus
  • Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
  • Analytical approach
  • Excellent team work orientation;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Sense of responsibility;
  • Ability to learn and to work under pressure;
  • Sense of initiative;
  • Technical knowledge of production Press Processes and Products;
  • Good leadership skills.
