Job Title and Location
Engine Mechanic (Aircraft Engines) – Europe
Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Engine Mechanic to support the maintenance, inspection, repair, assembly, and disassembly of commercial aircraft engines in an engine shop environment. You will collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities Disassemble and assemble engines using approved maintenance documentation Inspect, repair, and replace engine components and modules Support overhaul, repair, and production activities Follow OEM manuals, technical publications, and work instructions Identify and report defects and technical findings Accurately complete maintenance records Comply with aviation regulations, quality standards, and safety procedures Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives Contribute to production targets and turnaround times Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years’ aircraft engine maintenance experience post-training/apprenticeship Hands-on experience with CFM56 engines Experience in an engine shop, overhaul, repair, or production setting Strong understanding of aviation maintenance procedures and technical documentation High attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality Legal right to live and work in the European Union (no sponsorship available)
Preferred Qualifications Commercial engine MRO experience Experience with engine module repair and overhaul processes
Competitive package includes €55,000 base salary, relocation support (first two years), meal vouchers, health insurance, on-site parking, quarterly bonus, and annual salary review.
