Experteer Overview

As a Senior Advisor in our Milan Private Capital practice, you will apply deep PE experience to advise investors and portfolio companies. You will work within a global, high-performance team to drive growth and transform client outcomes in Europe and Italy. You’ll lead and coach project teams, shape investment-focused strategies, and help institutionalize knowledge across the investment cycle. You will engage with diverse investors, build lasting relationships, and contribute to the growth of our Private Capital capabilities. This role offers a clear path to leadership and access to world‑class development resources in a collaborative, inclusive culture.

Retribuzione / Benefits

• Manage projects for PE and other investors with oversight of teams and coaching of junior colleagues
• Set strategy for growth of the Private Capital practice and drive new initiatives (e.g., client roundtables, roadshows)
• Develop and institutionalize firm knowledge across the investment cycle, focusing on European and Italian PE markets
• Collaborate with other McKinsey practices to strengthen relationships and apply PE-centric insights
• Build and nurture relationships with investor clients across geographies

Responsabilità

• Master's degree in relevant field
• 7+ years of PE investment, divestment, and portfolio management experience or equivalent consulting experience in PE-related engagements
• Strong investor-focused industry knowledge and large-cap / mid-market PE networks
• Excellent problem-solving and ability to distill complex information into clear insights
• Fluency in Italian and English
