We are currently expanding our operations and we are looking for an experienced and ambitious Energy Manager (EGE) for our Energy section within the Building Services Department. We are always active in the field of renewable energy and digital transition and are looking for a technician expert in energy management for professional collaboration on projects related to the Energy Transition Plan with the possibility of working also in European applied Research Projects.

Job Overview

You will work in the Rome or Milan Office supporting Project Design Leaders and R&D Managers within the activities of Building Services Department across a variety of projects. As part of a dynamic team, your activity will focus on:

  • Develop and Implement Energy Management Plans: creating and executing strategies to reduce energy consumption, minimize waste, and cut costs focusing on promoting environmental sustainability within the organization;
  • Analyze Energy Usage Data: identifying trends and areas where energy can be saved by analyzing energy consumption data;
  • Conduct Energy Audits: performing audits to pinpoint opportunities for energy conservation;
  • Recommend and Implement Energy-Saving Measures: suggesting and putting into action energy-efficient technologies and practices;
  • Development of the procedure to access to various Energy Bonuses in force.

Requirements

  • EGE certification;
  • knowledge of Conto Termico, Energy Bonus and PNRR funds;
  • knowledge in project finance tools and public-private partnership procedures for energy transition projects;
  • experience in the field of energy audits and ISO 50001 certification;
  • skills in managing energy-related refurbishment packages in construction;
  • at least 5-6 years of experience in energy field;
  • fluency in Italian and English (other languages are a plus);
  • particular interest and curiosity in innovation applied to the renewable energy market and communities.
