Offer Description
Aim 1 is to define the endothelial translational program of metabolic genes under pro-angiogenic conditions by integrating translatomic, nascent proteomic, and metabolomic analyses in ECs during canonical and tumor angiogenesis.
Aim 2 is to characterize the endothelial metabolic translatome in vivo during physiopathological angiogenesis using genetically engineered mouse models combined with cell-specific translatomic, proteomic, and metabolomic profiling.
Aim 3 is to identify translational regulators and signaling pathways that remodel the metabolic translatome and drive pro‑angiogenic metabolic programs in ECs through integrative multi‑omics data analysis.
