Role Descripti


on
The resource will be responsible for overseeing the governance of the company’s endpoint management, ensuring consistency, control, and continuous evolution of processes, policies, and services related to endpoint management. The role will act as the key liaison between IT operations, cybersecurity, workplace services, and external partners, with the objective of guaranteeing consistent operational standards, service quality, compliance, security, and business continuity in support of end users and business operatio

  • iesDefine and oversee the governance model for corporate endpoints throughout the entire hardware and software asset lifecyc
  • le.Coordinate change management processes related to the endpoint environment, ensuring impact assessment, prioritization, risk control, and alignment with corporate IT process
  • es.Govern the application lifecycle on endpoints, including packaging, deployment, updates, catalog rationalization, and verification of the proper availability of digital services for different user cluste
  • rs.Oversee application patching processes and Microsoft 365 ecosystem updates, ensuring planning, testing, communication, and controlled release of chang
  • es.Supervise mobile management and user management policies and processes, ensuring consistency in configurations, device compliance, proper access management, and support for onboarding, internal mobility, and offboarding process
  • es.Monitor service performance through shared KPIs and metrics, promoting continuous improvement actions aimed at efficiency, reliability, and quality of the digital employee experien

  • nt.Experience managing vendors, outsourced services, or hybrid operating models, with the ability to monitor performance and oversee operational and contractual governan
  • ce.Good understanding of cybersecurity principles, compliance, and access control applied to the endpoint environme
