We’re looking for a driven and experienced Employment Lawyer who can hit the ground running, bring strategic insight, and offer practical solutions to both employers and employees. ** yrs + admitted to the bar
What You'll Do:
- Advise clients on employment contracts, terminations, workplace disputes, and regulatory compliance
- Represent clients in tribunals and court proceedings
- Conduct workplace investigations and provide training sessions
- Draft and review employment documentation and policies
- Work collaboratively within a dynamic legal team
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Lawyer with 5+ years PQE in employment law
- Strong track record in contentious and non-contentious employment matters
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commercial awareness and practical problem-solving approach
