Employer Branding & Communication Specialist

Our client, a leading manufacturing company based in Saluzzo (CN) , is looking for an Employer Branding & Communication Specialist .

Within the HR team, he/she will be responsible for internal and external communication activities across the entire Group (Italy + UK). In particular he/she will:

• Draft and distribute Group newsletters and messages to support corporate culture.
• Manage and update the internal communication calendar.
• Support internal campaigns and initiatives with consistent messaging and materials that foster engagement and a sense of belonging among employees.
• Maintain internal communications and photographic archives.
• Create and update corporate and ad‑hoc presentations .
• Produce content for press releases , social media , and websites .
• Develop employer branding strategies across all platforms (particularly LinkedIn and company website).
• Ensure that all internal and external content reflects the Group’s values .
• Collaborate with the Sales, Product Management & Sustainability Departments to ensure communication is aligned with brand messages and strategic objectives.
• Manage media and stakeholder relations to strengthen the Group’s reputation .
• Manage the calendar of internal and public events .
• Organize and support the execution of events and trade fairs .

Requirements

• Excellent writing skills in both Italian and English.
• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency .
• Strong knowledge of digital platforms and social media .
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or other Humanities-related fields.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in the communication field.
• Empathy, curiosity, organizational skills, and problem‑solving abilities.

Location : Saluzzo (CN) on site, with frequent business trip to the UK plant.

Salary package: will be defined based on actual experience, with an indicative range between € 30.000 and € 35.000.
