What awaits you:

• Support IT helpdesk and assistance for employees
• Conducting error analysis, along with resolving hardware, software, and telecommunications system issues
• Provision and setup of new workstations
• Forwarding complex requests (internally or to external service providers) and assisting in problem resolution
• Creation, administration, and maintenance of employee accounts and permissions
• Support in the operation of the existing IT infrastructure and systems
• Contribution to the further development of the IT infrastructure
• Support in IT projects

• The proposed starting salary is €30,000 gross per annum (full-time) – with a willingness to offer a higher salary depending on professional experience and qualifications – in accordance with the Collective Agreement for the Retail Sector (CNEL Code: H011) for the Province of Bolzano

What you bring along:

• Completed training/education in the field of IT
• Knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of networking and Office 365 is an advantage

• Good language skills in German - English, and Italian are an advantage
