Experteer Overview

In this role, you will support senior, MD–Director level searches across EMESA, helping to identify and engage top technology leadership. You’ll design market mapping and pipelines for specialist and emerging capabilities like AI and enterprise solutions, aligning searches with business strategy. You’ll build strong relationships with leaders and deliver a high-touch candidate experience that reinforces BCG Platinion’s employer brand. The position combines deep stakeholder collaboration with data-driven insights to inform regional hiring priorities and drive leadership growth.

Retribuzione / Benefits

• Support end-to-end executive searches at Managing Director and Director level across multiple geographies
• Design and execute market mapping and talent pipelining across specialist areas (e.g. AI and Enterprise solutions)
• Build relationships with BCG Platinion and BCG leaders to translate role requirements into compelling briefs
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience reinforcing employer branding in the senior tech market
• Assess senior technology profiles across architecture, digital transformation, enterprise solutions, cybersecurity, and AI
• Support regional reporting and ad-hoc analysis for senior leadership
• Strengthen employer brand through digital channels, events, and outreach in coordination with Employer Branding
• Innovate with recruiting tools and AI to enhance sourcing and engagement
• Coordinate the recruiting network across EMESA and facilitate regional calls and events
• Contribute to regional recruiting initiatives and special projects as needed

Responsabilità

• 3-5+ years of executive or senior-level recruitment in professional services, consulting, or technology
• Experience supporting or executing searches at Director and MD level across geographies
• Familiarity with technology consulting profiles (architecture, digital transformation, cybersecurity, AI) and ability to assess credibility without being a practitioner
• Proven track record in market mapping and building talent pipelines for specialist areas
• Experience contributing to hiring reporting and data workflows for senior leadership
• Strong commitment to diversity and building diverse slates at senior level
• Excellent stakeholder management across a complex, multi-geography organisation
• Fluent English with clear, structured communication to senior candidates and stakeholders
