ASPIRE Associate – Engineering & Technology

Overview

ASPIRE is an Emerging Talent development program aimed at accelerating the careers of recent graduates and entry-level professionals over a two-year period. The program begins in August, spans 7 functional tracks, and includes rotational assignments of 6 to 12 months within the Engineering & Technology function. Participants receive intensive technical training and business‑critical assignments, with a focus on technical excellence and leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Participate in intentional and structured career development activities, receiving active coaching and mentoring.
• Complete formal engineering and technology training essential to Baker Hughes engineering roles.
• Network globally and cross‑functionally, leading program initiatives or projects with peers and interacting with global business leaders.
• Solve critical business challenges through cross‑functional, mission‑based teams.
• Participate in international experiences and assignments.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Electrical, Electronics, Control, Chemical, Energy, or related Engineering disciplines; or equivalent knowledge with up to 3 years of work experience.
• Demonstrated academic excellence.
• Internship in engineering or related technical area, or equivalent experience.
• Passion for engineering with a strong technical attitude and analytical problem‑solving skills.
• Geographically mobile; willing to relocate.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the country of application without company sponsorship.
