Humand is seeking a proactive Customer Success leader to own the entire lifecycle for our EMEA clients in a unique hybrid role. You will be the primary contact from implementation through renewal, guiding strategic reviews and driving ROI across enterprise accounts.
You will oversee onboarding, platform configuration, and training, ensuring fast time-to-value and scalable processes as Humand grows in the HR tech space.
