Trimble’s Civil Construction Field Systems (CCFS) solutions help teams work faster and more accurately in the field, track progress from the office, and execute projects more efficiently with user-friendly hardware and software.
Responsibilities
- Drive the vision and go-to-market approach for CCFS subscription offerings in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
- Interface across sales, operations, support, and engineering to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Contribute to market analyses to identify current and future market elements that determine program success; lead collection and consolidation of competitive information including price at a system level.
- Engage with customers to understand workflows, gaps, and pain points to create compelling offers and pricing strategies, including target list, target cost and target margins; take responsibility for forecasting.
- Work with customers and other product managers to align backlog and meet customer timeline needs.
- Release documentation, including training and some customer-facing materials.
- Monitor product results and sales in detail and raise awareness of performance gaps against business objectives, taking action as needed.
- Interface with the Distribution Channel to gather the voice of the customer and set expectations on future changes; participate in industry events.
Qualifications
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-starter with the ability to process detail and think strategically; comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
- 3+ years in product management or product marketing, with a focus on subscription-based offerings; strong understanding of subscription business models, pricing strategies, and customer lifecycle management.
- Experience developing and executing go-to-market plans for subscription offerings.
- Excellent analytical skills; ability to interpret data and market research to inform decisions. Strategic thinker who can translate insights into action.
- Demonstrated leadership, including cross-functional collaboration and influencing without authority.
- Familiarity with Trimble’s Civil Infrastructure Solutions products (e.g., WorksOS, WorksManager, Virtual Warehouse, Trimble Installation Manager, Earthworks, Civil Construction Hardware) to onboard quickly.
