EMEA Sr. Sales Manager - Low Voltage electrification

Serving three primary markets – passenger vehicle, commercial truck, and off‑highway equipment – Dana provides the world's original‑equipment manufacturers and the aftermarket with local product and service support through a network of nearly 100 engineering, manufacturing, and distribution facilities.

Position Summary

We’re looking for a Sr. Regional Sales Manager for Low Voltage Electrification in charge of some major OEM accounts.

Main responsabilities

The Sr. Regional Sales Manager for Low Voltage Electrification will manage major European‑based, Local/Regional/Global OEM accounts, driving sales of battery‑powered inverters and low‑voltage motors across various electrified vehicle segments. In addition to direct sales responsibilities, the person will lead a regional sales team handling smaller OEMs and resellers, reporting to the Director of Low Voltage Electrification.

Professional background

• at least 10 years of experience in Sales
• 5 years in managing local/regional/global OEM accounts

Skills and requirements

• Fluency in English, knowledge of a second language (as a plus)
• Excellent relationship management
• Action oriented
• Basics of project management
• Available to travel up to 75% of the time
• Microsoft Office Package skills
• Sense of urgency and business acumen
