A great opportunity has arisen for a commercially oriented EMEA Rewards Director to join our EMEA HR Team at ERM, a global sustainability consulting firm. The focus of this role is to lead the total reward function and mature the reward philosophy and approach for the EMEA region, helping attract, retain and motivate talent across a diverse set of roles and skillsets.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as an EMEA Rewards Director with demonstrable expertise in strategic reward leadership, benchmarking, job architecture and evaluation, salary band design, and benefits plan design. Preferred experience in professional services or consulting, and knowledge of Workday.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all end‑to‑end annual reward cycle activities, including the annual pay review, bonus cycle, internal pay equity review, and benchmarking process.
- Act as a strategic reward partner to the EMEA senior leadership team, providing expert reward guidance to support business needs.
- Develop and deliver reward communication and education materials for the EMEA region.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, collaborating effectively with regional and global stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with regional and group reward counterparts on global reward projects and process implementations.
- Lead large‑scale reward projects in the region and globally as needed, such as readiness for EU Pay Transparency Directive, job architecture review, and global benefits management transition.
- Lead a small team of reward professionals.
Qualifications
- Senior reward experience working strategically and operationally across multiple countries in EMEA.
- Deep technical expertise in reward frameworks, processes, and plan design.
- Knowledge of reward compliance topics.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, preferably within a matrixed environment.
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
- Prior experience with Workday and WTW’s Global Grading methodology (plus).
