A leading infrastructure services company is seeking an HR Director, Operations for the EMEA Region. This role will partner with senior leaders to drive talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness initiatives across EMEA's Operations and Procurement teams. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of HR leadership experience and is fluent in English, with expertise in labor relations and organizational design. The position is based in one of the Vertiv manufacturing sites in EMEA, including options in Italy, Ireland, the UK, or Slovakia.
