In this role you will support regional Health Economics & Market Access (HEMA) initiatives across EMEA, translating regional strategies into country-ready outputs to enable access and reimbursement for DePuy Synthes orthopaedic solutions. You collaborate with country teams and cross‑functional partners to deliver evidence, value messages, and training that drive adoption. The role emphasizes governance, quality, and regulatory compliance within a multinational setting. You will help shape regional HEMA programs and enable country execution.

• Collaborate with country teams to align country execution
• Coordinate regional initiatives, timelines, and deliverables across countries
• Contribute to health economic analyses and real‑world evidence activities
• Develop and localize EMEA value messages, tools, and access materials
• Provide hands‑on HEMA support reflecting local access pathways
• Work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Medical/Clinical, Regulatory, and Commercial teams
• Support deployment of HEMA tools, templates, and training materials
• Ensure compliance with EMEA HEMA governance, quality, ethics, and regulatory standards

Responsabilità

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health Economics, Public Health, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related discipline
• Typically 3-5 years of experience in HEMA, Market Access, or related roles
• Experience in regional or cross‑country environments preferred
• Fluency in English; additional European languages advantageous
