Reporting to the EMEA CFO, the Director of FP&A EMEA will lead a regional team responsible for consolidating, compiling, and analyzing the organization’s short-term and long-term financial planning activities across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the process timeline, management, and EMEA consolidation of the AOP, strategic and operational planning, forecasting, strategic projects, and results reporting.
- Maintain and evolve complex financial models supporting Dematic EMEA’s operating plans and projections.
- Evaluate profit and cost efficiencies across the organization.
- Provide analysis of risks, opportunities, sales performance, pricing trends, and business direction, focusing on regional segments.
- Identify trends, analyze key metrics, and present findings to senior management.
- Partner with executive management to develop assumptions for expenses and capital expenditures.
- Establish relationships with FP&A and Controlling teams at the Group level for transparency and reporting.
- Refine and lead the monthly financial reporting process.
- Develop and mentor financial analysts.
- Implement improvements to reporting efficiency and productivity.
- Enhance tools used by site management for business operations.
- Ensure smooth execution of Operations Review presentations.
- Support financial assessments for large projects.
- Manage regional operational performance presentations to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven FP&A leadership experience across EMEA in a matrixed organization.
- Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills with attention to detail.
- Experience preparing presentations for Board and senior management reviews.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, SAP, and knowledge of INFOR or Hyperion is a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA or financial qualification preferred.
- Significant experience managing teams and working in complex, global organizations.
- International experience and prior work in publicly traded companies are advantageous.
