Email Marketing Specialist

IronFX is a leading global online broker specializing in Forex, CFDs, Commodities and Spot Metals since 2010. IronFX is operating under of multiple of reputable licenses and offices around the world. Due to the continuous expansion of our global operations, we currently seek a dynamic individual to assume the role of Email Marketing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
• Design and optimize email templates for mobile and desktop.
• Segment email lists and personalize campaigns for targeted audiences.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions).
• Conduct A/B testing to improve email effectiveness.
• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams for cohesive messaging.
• Manage and optimize email automation and workflows
• Analyse campaign performance and suggest methods for improvements
• Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts
• Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field
• 1-2 years proven work experience in Email Marketing is a must
• Hands on experience with HTML is a must
• Proficiency in marketing automation technology
• Familiarity with analytical and database tools
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
• Strong project management skills
• An ability to work under tight deadlines
• FX industry experience is a plus
