This Position reports to: Service Business Process Manager

Your Role And Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage the creation, update, maintenance, deletion, and delivery of master data while ensuring that it is consistent and trustworthy. Each day, you will provide support for master data management processes. You will also showcase your expertise by participating in programs to optimize business functions through data driven insights.

The work model for the role is: remote

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Ensuring that master data integrity, cleansing, normalization, and quality is maintained efficiently and accurately in all systems within scope of responsibility.
  • Assisting in the overall solution of quality issues by participating in the elimination of non-conformance and adopting the approach of “doing it right the first time.”
  • Documenting, reviewing, and updating all work procedures pertaining to all aspects of data policies and system maintenance.
  • Participating in the development, updating, and maintenance of procedures, tools, and metrics.

Qualifications For The Role (Mandatory)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience
  • Minimum of 5 – 10 years of experience related to Business Analytics, IS or other information technology solutions architecture role
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate the complexities of technical applications.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Broad understanding of information technology topics
  • Knowledge/experience of DAX and M languages
  • Effective interpersonal skills and collaborative style to include teamwork and team building ability
  • Technically creative and open-minded
  • Excellent oral and written communication in English language
