Job Description :
Purpose of the Role
The resource will ensure continuity in the management of LH Strategic initiatives, supporting their selection, activation, and execution, in alignment with the Strategic Planning & Strategic Projects Activation mandate.
Key Accountabilities
Lead a defined portfolio of LH strategic initiatives, with accountability for their selection and activation process.
Support the definition and coordination of the LH Division Strategic Plan in collaboration with the Head of the area.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate executive-level meetings for the selection and activation process of LH Strategic Initiatives.
- Develop reporting tools to support executive steering and decision-making.
- Represent the function in panels, forums, and workshops involving key internal and external shareholders (e.g., LH corporate, OEM associations, Strategic consultancies firms, Market analysis firms).
- Contribute to the design of structured decision‑making tools for the LH strategic governance process.
- Perform additional activities in support of the strategic planning and project activation, in line with role objectives.

Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering (Aeronautics, Mechanical preferred), Management Engineering, or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of professional experience, ideally in business planning, strategy or project management roles. Relevant experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven experience in cross‑functional project execution, with strong presentation and deliverable development skills (e.g., executive briefings, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated track record in organising and coordinating strategic meetings, preparing decision‑making materials, and managing strategic initiatives in complex environments.
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Strong understanding of corporate strategy decision‑making frameworks (e.g., PEST, SWOT, business cases).
- Proficiency in IT tools, with expertise in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
- Excellent analytical skills, with a structured, data‑driven approach to problem‑solving.
- Familiarity with aerospace, defence, or industrial sectors is considered a plus.
Language & Communication Skills
- Fluent English (C1 equivalent); knowledge of an additional language is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
- Result‑driven, proactive, and adaptable to a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong team player with the capability to work independently when required.
- Willingness to travel occasionally and work in an international, multicultural setting.
