Job Description:Main responsibilities are relevant to the coordination, organization and execution of the following activities performed by the team members:Analysis of the input requirements both internal (i.e. System Specification) and external (Contractual Requirements), interacting with Final Customers, other LHD department and Suppliers and generating the Mission Software Requirements.Identification of the design solution in line with projects guidelines (budget, plan, constraints, make or buy, etc.);Implementation of the above design on time and on schedule,Planning, progress and monitoring of the program execution with identification of required corrective actionsInteraction with others internal Departments (System Engineering, CPE, FTE, Pilots, Procurement, etc.), Customers and external suppliers.Management and lead of external personnelKnowledge, Skills, & ExperienceDegree in technical field: Electronic Engineering; Telecommunication Engineering; Electrical Engineering, Information Engineering;Good knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems with an advanced skill on the latterGood knowledge of Object Oriented programming (e.g. C++ language)Planning, monitoring and reporting of high complex projects and programsLeadershipTeam workingCommunication on international and intercultural environmentProactive approachGood English knowledgeSeniority:Primary Location:IT - Varese - Cascina CostaAdditional Locations:Contract Type:PermanentHybrid Working:
