Job Description:Role MissionSupport the CI Governance of Operations in identifying, analyzing, and monitoring continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to cost savings and the enhancement of industrial performance across different plants.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the management and monitoring of the continuous improvement project pipeline at the Operations levelPerform industrial data analysis to identify improvement opportunities (costs, productivity, efficiency)Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical tools (Power BI, advanced Excel)Support coordination with CI representatives in plants to ensure alignment on standards, projects, and savingsActively participate in on-site improvement projects at manufacturing plantsSupport the definition, monitoring, and validation of savingsContribute to the standardization of CI processes (methodologies, reporting, KPIs)Required SkillsStrong data analysis skills and ability to interpret industrial KPIsKnowledge of Power BI (dashboard creation, data modeling)Good knowledge of Python for data analysisAdvanced Excel skillsFamiliarity with industrial environments and production processesBasic knowledge of Continuous Improvement / Lean Manufacturing methodologiesAbility to work in complex and cross-functional environmentsProblem-solving mindset and analytical approachStrong interpersonal and communication skillsProactivity and results-oriented mindsetFlexibility and willingness to work on-site at plantsExperience & BackgroundDegree, preferably in engineeringExperience in industrial, operations, or data analysis contexts (including relevant internships)Upper-intermediate level of EnglishSeniority:Primary Location:IT - Varese - Cascina CostaAdditional Locations:Contract Type:PermanentHybrid Working:
