Questa posizione è in Leonardo Riassunto dell'opportunità da parte della Joinrs AI: Leonardo cerca un AI Specialist (Expert-Senior Level) con master in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Mathematics, Physics, Robotics o campi affini, preferibilmente con esperienza da 4 a 10 anni nel settore. Il ruolo prevede la leadership nello sviluppo e implementazione di modelli di computer vision, analisi di serie temporali e AI agentic, con applicazione su dispositivi edge. L’offerta include contratto a tempo indeterminato, modalità di lavoro ibrida, tredicesima, bonus di performance, voucher welfare, formazione continua e attenzione al benessere dei dipendenti.
Role Purpose: To lead and provide expertise in the areas of computer vision and time series analysis, agentic AI and the whole AI spectrum. The role ensures the design and implementation of cutting‑edge models that align with company objectives and integrates seamlessly into broader product ecosystems.
Key Accountabilities:
Model Development & Implementation: Design, develop, and implement state-of-the-art computer vision and time series analysis models, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency.
Integration & Deployment: Ensure that the developed models are optimized and ready for deployment in various environments, particularly on edge devices.
Innovation & Knowledge Upkeep: Stay updated with the latest methodologies in machine learning, AI, and data science to keep the company at the forefront of technological advancements.
Main Activities:
Designing and testing AI models and AI Agents in real world and challenging conditions.
Participate on European founded projects.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand needs and integrate AI based solutions.
Ensuring scalability, robustness, and efficiency of models for deployment.
Continual learning and application of the latest in the field to our operational challenges.
Requirements Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Mathematics, Physics, Robotics or related fields.
Ph.D is a plus.
Expert‑Senior level with [4-10] years of professional experience in AI.
Proven track record of leading or mentoring junior team members will be a plus.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in computer vision, time series analysis and AI.
Demonstrable expertise in edge devices deployment.
Python Libraries: Pytorch, ONNX, TensorRT.
Experience in C, C++, Rust, Go is a plus.
Experience in LaTeX is a plus.
Experience in MLOps is a plus.
Version control Git (mandatory).
Experience with Docker/Singularity.
Knowledge of the aeronautical world and deployment on aeronautical systems are considered a strong plus.
Experience in Optimization and Operational Research is a plus.
Languages:
English: Full professional proficiency
Italian will be a plus
Soft Skills:
