About the Position:
We are looking for a Electronic Validation Engineer to join the Marelli Automotive Lighting R&D team, reporting directly to the Electronic Validation and Laboratory Manager.
This position is based at our office inTolmezzo.
As the Electronic Validation Engineer at Marelli, you will deal with electronic validation and laboratory activities in collaboration with the electronic design team and internal/external laboratories.
Your Responsibilities will be:
Performing testing activities (ESD, EMC, electric and electronic environmental testing) using laboratory equipment correctly
Writing of the testplans according to customer requirements
Interacting with other internal and external R&D Departments and with suppliers
Checking, updating and reviewing testplans, validation reports and validation planning
What Qualifications you will bring:
Engineering degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent degree with electro-technical focus
Experience in the field of electronic, EMC testing and simulation
Laboratory equipment knowledge and usage
Knowledge of EMC theory and related tests according to automotive norms
Other skills that we would welcome:
Experience in SW/HW/LYT development, simulation and testing
Manufacturing of PCB / LED / PCBA
