Main activity and responsibility
- Review field tickets and critical failure cases reported by technical interface teams; conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction by monitoring key performance indicators for the effectiveness and cost of sustaining operations.
- Collaborate with Engineering Development to propose design changes, balancing long-term quality/reliability objectives with the costs of modifications and defect/non-conformity remediation.
- Support the System Test team to ensure every release is adequately validated, documented, and communicated to relevant teams, with clear progress reporting and release-date communication to stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
- Experience, even if brief, in technical support for electronic products, ticket management, and root-cause analysis of failures.
- Foundational knowledge of firmware development and, more broadly, product development processes.
- Familiarity with testing, validation, and release methodologies for embedded systems.
- Strong proficiency in C/C++ programming languages.
Additional Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience, even if brief, with ticketing systems (e.g., DevOps); experience managing DevOps pipelines and automation tooling.
- Foundational knowledge of QA, System Test, and KPI reporting.
- Basic programming knowledge for debugging

- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; essential.
