Managing prototyping and production processes for electronic systems. Acting as the technical bridge between the R&D team and the production laboratory, including technical support for the procurement team. Supporting the transition from development to production. Ensuring efficiency and quality during testing and validation. Troubleshooting technical issues during production and testing phases. Profile
Practical experience with electronic circuits and hardware systems. Hands‑on and results‑oriented mindset. Good understanding of manufacturing processes and production workflows. Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a collaborative engineering team. At least basic expertise in soldering. Hands‑on experience with oscilloscopes and lab instrumentation. Preferred
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering. Python skills as a plus, focused on hardware interfacing for. Automation of test sequences. Analysis of validation log files. Control of test equipment. Why Join Microgate
