Electronic Designer

TXT Group is looking for Electronic Designers to join the TXT e-Tech Srl company, specifically in the R&D department, focusing on the development of test systems and units for aerospace applications at a customer’s site in Lazio.

Employment type: Full‑time.

Main responsibilities

• Development of automatic test systems for flight electronic units;
• Development of electronic boards (analog, digital, power);
• Drafting project documentation and reporting;
• Testing and validation of electronic boards and test systems;

Technical skills required

• Use of software for electronic design (Altium, Orcad, Fusion 360, etc);
• Use of software for electronic simulation;
• Use of laboratory instrumentation (multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, current probes, etc);
• Knowledge of Boundary Scan testing;
• Ability to troubleshoot complex systems;

Optional technical skills

• PCB development;
• Knowledge of avionics communication buses (ARINC 429, MIL‑STD‑1553, etc);
• Knowledge of microcontroller architectures;
• Knowledge of TestStand;
• Knowledge of LabView;
• Knowledge of at least one programming language;

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Automation Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or related discipline.
