Electromechanical Supervisor Plant

For our own projects, we are looking for an ELECTRO-MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR – PLANT

MISSION:

The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising electro-mechanical activities at plant level, ensuring that all works are executed in full compliance with the Scope of Work, IBR Quality Standards, and approved procedures during construction and commissioning phases.

TASKS:

• Support the engineering team in the review of electro-mechanical engineering documents.
• Review and verify installation procedures prepared by Suppliers within the discipline.
• Supervise the assembly, installation, and execution of electro-mechanical works on site in line with project schedules and execution plans.
• Support commissioning activities and ensure proper handling of systems and processes prior to start-up.
• Supervise the execution of the project within the electro-mechanical discipline, including control and supervision of subcontractors.
• Ensure the quality of works performed and compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Issue regular site and progress reports according to execution needs.
• Supervise acceptance tests related to works and assemblies.
• Ensure full QA/QC compliance by contractors during both execution and commissioning phases.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Atleast 5 years experience as Electro-Mechanical Supervisor in plant or industrial projects.
• Strong background in supervision of installation, assembly, and commissioning activities.
• Experience working with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Solid understanding of QA/QC standards and procedures.
• Ability to review technical documentation and installation procedures.
• Availability to work full time on site.
