We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical works on site, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Supervise electrical works on site, including subcontractors and direct labor
  • Ensure full compliance with HSE and quality standards
  • Coordinate teams and align activities with project specifications and drawings
  • Monitor daily progress and support reporting and resource planning
  • Manage permits, inspections, testing, and mechanical completion
  • Resolve on-site issues, support claim documentation, and close punch lists

Requirements :

  • Technical diploma or equivalent experience in Electrical / Mechanical fields
  • 5-10 years of experience in electrical construction on Oil & Gas or heavy industrial sites
  • 4+ years in a supervisory position
  • Deep knowledge of IEC / ISO electrical standards (IEC 60364, IEC 61140, etc.)
  • Hands-on, solution-oriented leader with fluent English skills
