Electrical Supervisor

We are looking for an Electrical Supervisor to provide technical expertise (particularly in the electrical field) during the installation, assembly, and commissioning phases of a photovoltaic plant / evacuation line / associated substation in Italy .

Main responsibilities:

• Assist the Site Manager and Project Director in supervising the construction of photovoltaic plants, evacuation lines, and associated substations.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, contracts, and Owner’s requirements during the execution of works.
• Contribute to the preparation of progress reports.
• Ensure Quality and HSE requirements are met; collaborate in opening and closing non-conformities (NC) with the Quality team.
• Support proper coordination with local authorities and affected stakeholders.
• Attend HSE coordination meetings and coordinate works between different contractors.
• Provide technical assistance in meetings and during tasks carried out with contractors and subcontractors.
• Update progress tracking of each process.
• Report changes in daily planning.
• Perform visual inspections of tools and equipment.
• Ensure correct execution of construction tasks.
• Identify improvements in the execution process.
• Propose process changes/improvements to the Site Manager and Project Director.
• Provide technical assistance in the economic evaluation of costs incurred due to deviations.
• Comply with and enforce all safety requirements.

Required profile:

• Electro-mechanical technician with more than 2 years of experience in at least one of the following types of projects: wind farms, photovoltaic plants, medium/high voltage power lines, electrical substations.
• Responsible and committed professional.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Valid driving license.
• Availability for extended stays at the project site in Italy .
