Electrical Engineer – Data Centre / Building Services

Location: Milan, Italy (Rotation)

Salary: €75K – €85K + Package

We are working with a leading main contractor delivering large-scale projects in Milan. They are looking to appoint Electrical Engineers to support delivery across a number of live projects.

This role will suit someone with 3–5 years’ experience coming from a building services background, ideally with exposure to Data Centres, pharmaceutical or other technically complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of electrical packages from design through to completion
• Review drawings, specifications and technical submittals
• Work closely with site teams and subcontractors to ensure installations are delivered in line with programme
• Assist with coordination across disciplines to resolve technical issues
• Monitor progress on site and report on performance
• Ensure works are delivered to required quality and safety standards
• Support commissioning and handover of electrical systems

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or Building Services
• 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Background in Data Centres, pharmaceutical or technical building services projects is highly desirable
• Experience working on large-scale construction projects
• Strong technical understanding of electrical systems
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Must have the right to work in Italy

• Salary €75K – €85K DOE
• €160 net per week living allowance
