Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Package Manager to support the delivery of a large-scale hyperscale data centre campus in Pavia, Italy . The role will focus on overseeing the electrical scope across a major mission-critical development with a total planned capacity of approximately 500MW .

Working as part of the project delivery team, you will be responsible for managing the installation and delivery of critical electrical infrastructure, ensuring systems are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the required technical and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the electrical package delivery across the data centre project.
• Manage electrical contractors responsible for key infrastructure including high-voltage and medium-voltage distribution, transformers, switchgear, UPS systems, generators, and critical power infrastructure .
• Oversee the installation and integration of electrical systems to ensure compliance with project specifications and programme requirements.
• Coordinate with mechanical, civil, and commissioning teams to ensure smooth delivery of all building services systems.
• Review design documentation, technical submittals, and installation methodologies .
• Monitor construction progress and manage contractor performance against project milestones.
• Ensure all electrical works are delivered in accordance with quality, safety, and mission-critical reliability standards .
• Support testing, commissioning, energisation, and handover of electrical systems.
• Identify risks or technical challenges and work collaboratively with stakeholders to resolve issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience working as an Electrical Package Manager, Electrical Project Manager, or Senior Electrical Engineer on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong background in electrical power infrastructure , particularly within complex or mission-critical environments.
• Experience managing electrical contractors delivering HV/MV/LV systems and critical power infrastructure .
• Previous experience delivering data centres, mission-critical facilities, or large infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of construction delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning processes .
• Ability to operate effectively within a large international project environment.
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
