Experteer Overview

In this role you will support electrical installation work on a major hyperscale data centre project in Milan, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring compliance with design, programme, safety and quality standards. You will play a key part in technical coordination, documentation control, troubleshooting and project handover. This is a hands‑on, on‑site position that drives safe execution and high‑quality delivery across a large, mission‑critical environment. A strong M&E contracting background and solid Electrical installation knowledge will help you shape outcomes at scale.

• Coordinate and review electrical drawings and technical submissions
• Support electrical installation works in line with project programme
• Advise subcontractors on technical and compliance matters

• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards

• Manage document control and maintain updated logs
• Prepare test packs and handover documentation
• Drive high housekeeping and safety standards on site
• Complete weekly safety reporting requirements

Responsabilità

• Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
• 5+ years’ experience within an M&E contracting environment
• Data centre or mission‑critical experience advantageous
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems installation and coordination
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Proficient in MS Word & Excel
